Carol was an excellent realtor. From her first impression to the completion of our old and new houses, Carol never disappointed us. She showed up at our first appointment with research completed on the selling and buying of houses in our old and the new neighbourhoods. She had educated herself so well on the areas we 
were looking and selling in, she had our questions ready to answer before we even asked them. Because my partner works such long hours and we have 3 young children, Carol picked up the loose ends. She called the gas company at our old house to re-light appliances, she bought items for the staging of our old house, she picked up and delivered things from our old house to our new house, and from 
my partner's work to our home and back, to name a few. She gave us great advice on what prices to offer when we were buying our house, and she gave equally great advice on what to list our old house for. Time and time again, Carol went out of her way to help our family out and make the whole process easier for us. 
She is also great with kids. When she came over, she stayed longer just to play with our kids. They loved it. And last, but definitely not least, Carol is honest and ethical. In a business not necessarily known for these qualities, I was pleasantly surprised and incredibly grateful for this quality in Carol.

Carol researched our market and came prepared to our first meeting with a binder outlining recent sales and listings both in our complex, as well as the surrounding area and provided a specific price point she felt appropriate for what we had to offer.  Carol made suggestions as to updates we should make to our condo, i.e. paint colour, thus enabling us to show our property to its full potential.  The colour updates were fabulous and as a result the photographs of our property were beautiful.  We were so impressed.  Carol helped us sell our condo in a short period, especially considering we sold during a downturn in the market.  Carol was helpful and went above and beyond a realtor’s call of duty, even meeting my husband at work (along his bus route), in order to get a Counter Offer signed and ready to present that evening. 

Selling and buying property is stressful, especially with a small child, and Carol minimized the stress and made the experience enjoyable.
